Conceiving and becoming pregnancy are an absolutely complex phenomenon in humans. Many biological factors work in perfect coordination to enable conception. If any one of these factors malfunction, it can result in infertility. Infertility is generally the failure of conceive after 12 months of unprotected sex by a couple. Infertility is fairly common. Unlike the common notion, infertility is not a "woman's problem". Infertility affects both men and women. Women problems account for only one third of the infertility problems, the rest depends on men factors, common problems and unknown causes. Infertility does not mean that a couple cannot have a child, it simply means that pregnancy will be a little more challenging.

Women having no menstrual cycle, painful menstrual cycles, endometriosis, repeated miscarriage should seek immediate medical advice.
